Procedure for Applying Cell Tower Installation:


1.Application for Cell Tower Installation

  • a)   The Proponent shall submit application on-line through the GHMC online portal
    (https:// cel.ghmc.gov.in/)
  • b)   After payment of the required fees of Rs.1,00,000(One Lakh Rupees Only) and submission of the application, it will be visible in the Head office clerk’s Dashboard.
  • c)   Head Office clerk forwards the application to other Head office Officials/Officers through the online system for further processing.

2. Processing of the Application

Processing of the Application
A Section Clerk will verify the documents uploaded by the Citizen and checks whether the applicant has met the procedures.
B The Officer then submits the reports with remarks for further processing through online.
C The submitted report is available in Additional Chief City Planner (ACCP) officer Dashboard for further scrutiny.
D After Scrutiny, The ACCP officer will forward the application report to Chief City Planner with his remarks
E The Chief City Planner again forwards the application along with his remarks to the Commissioner, GHMC.
F The Commissioner Approves/Rejects the file and applicant will be able to download the final approved Certificate/Letter through portal.td>
GAfter each stage, applicant can check his status through the portal at which stage the application is pending.


3. Checklist of Documents to be submitted with the application:

E (I) Sanctioned Plan of the Building
(II) Occupancy Certificate issued by Sanctioning Authority
F Ownership Document
GLease Agreement Deed / Consent Agreement deed
H Agreement
I Drawing of tower with complete details
J Indemnity Bond
K NOC from Telangana State disasters and Fire Services
L Copy of SACFA
M NOC from Air Traffic Controller and AAI
NCopy of Access Service License/ IP Registration certificate
OPermit Fee and charges as fixed by the Government
PCopy of NOC from Building Owner.
Qcopy of certificate issued by ARAI



4. Time limit for receiving the certificate after submission of complete application:
  • Time limit: 30 Days (Approval/Rejection)
