Terms and conditions for appointment to various posts on contract basis in Metropolitan Surveillance Unit, Hyderabad
  1. Candidate shall mandatorily bear the prescribed qualification for selected posts.
  2. Candidates with higher qualification to the respective post will be given the preference.
  3. Experience in both the Private and Government sectors will be considered. One (01) Mark for each year experience shall be awarded, up to a maximum of 10 marks towards experience.
  4. Candidate should mandatorily submit the online application form, and upload all the relevant documents. The applicants should note that GHMC has not designated any right to any person or any other organization to sell or accept applications.
  5. Authenticated and valid experience certificates will only be considered.
  6. Candidate appointed on contract basis will not be eligible to claim for regular service of the Corporation.
  7. The candidate, if selected will have to submit contract agreement on legal bond paper of Rs.100/- to Rs.500/- as prescribed by GHMC.
  8. Candidate will not be paid any other kind of allowance except the applicable fixed remuneration.
  9. The contract is for an initial specific period of 12 months and will be continued depending on the approval of funds.
  10. No administrative or financial rights of GHMC will be granted to selected candidates during the contract period.
  11. If the work of a contractual candidate is found unsatisfactory during the contract period, the appointment of such candidates on contract basis will be terminated without any prior notice.
  12. Candidates will be disqualified at any point of time if found to be not fulfilling the prescribed qualifications and conditions.
  13. Shortlisted candidates shall be present for personal interview at their own expenses on the prescribed date with Certificates of Educational Qualification, Professional Qualifications, Mark sheets, Certificate of Experience (Original copies and attested Xerox copies), proof of local status (for registered professionals with the relevant state Regulatory authority) and all other relevant certificates.
  14. Candidates will be disqualified if they are found to have submitted incorrect information / certificates / documents or withheld any information at any time after the commencement of selection process or appointment or during the period of contract.
  15. The GHMC administration reserves the right to terminate the services of candidates appointed on contract basis at any time without prior notice.
  16. If a candidate attempts to exert pressure at any stage of recruitment or is found to have resorted to improper means or to arrange for imposters, he will be disqualified from the selection.
  17. Candidates will be considered on merit but final decision will be taken by the administration.
